Green Mark Industrial Sdn. Bhd provides a range of services in trading, sorting, tracking and packing of Integrated Circuit Trays (IC trays). We are one of the major company in Malaysia that in position to buying and selling in bulk quantity, sorting, inspecting, packing and quality control of these tray for our overseas buyers, as well as re-grind material of fiber and carbon for compound industry.

  Our focus emphasis on quality assurance, import & export and JIT delivery services, we aim to becoming a specialist in packing product for the semiconductor and electronic industries. We’re also dealing with some of the major MNCs such as ASE, SPIL, UMT, ChipMOS, NEC, ST, Amkor and etc.

  Currently, we go through 100% manual sorting & inspection of the Integrated Circuit (IC) tray. Each of it has the capacity of producing 3,000 pieces per line. After the sorting & inspecting process, those IC trays are vetted by supervisor to ensure and obtain highest quality of IC (Integrated Circuit) trays.
